บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิชาการนี้ ผู้เขียนนำเสนอประเด็นการพัฒนารูปแบบการขับเคลื่อนโครงการชุมชนรักษาศีล 5 ของชุมชนวัดสารอด กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งการพัฒนาชุมชนวัดสารอดภายใต้โครงการสร้างความปรองดองสมานฉันท์โดยใช้หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา “ชุมชนรักษาศีล 5” ชุมชนวัดสารอด เป็นชุมชนเมืองที่มีผู้คนจากถิ่นฐานต่างๆ มาทำมาหากิน มีความหลากหลายทางด้านวัฒนธรรม ประเพณี ความเชื่อ โดยมีวัดสารอด เป็นศูนย์กลางในกิจกรรมต่างๆ เกิดการหล่อหลอมให้คนในชุมชนอยู่ร่วมกันได้อย่างมีความสุข เมื่อการขับเคลื่อนโครงการลงสู่ชุมชนเมืองจึงต้องอาศัยการบูรณาการสร้างกิจกรรมการรักษาศีล 5 เป็นแนวทางปฏิบัติพื้นฐาน เป็นหลักมนุษยธรรม เป็นข้อปฏิบัติให้ถึงความเป็นมนุษย์ที่สมบูรณ์ จากการนำเอาโครงการชุมชนรักษาศีล 5 มาใช้ในการขับเคลื่อนการพัฒนาชุมชนวัดสารอด ทำให้เกิดการพัฒนารูปแบบการขับเคลื่อนโครงการชุมชนรักษาศีล 5 ของชุมชนวัดสารอด คือ ราษฎร์บูรณะศีลบวร โมเดล ที่มีองค์ประกอบ 4 ประการ คือ 1) ราษฎร์ 2) บูรณะ 3) ศีล 4) บวร การขับเคลื่อนตามรูปแบบดังกล่าวส่งผลให้เกิดองค์ความรู้ใหม่ 4 ประการ คือ 1) กายภาพสะอาด สถานที่ภายในวัดสารอดเปลี่ยนแปลงขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว มีความสะอาดเรียบร้อย มีความเป็นรมณียสถานที่ร่มรื่น 2) ศีลสะอาด ชาวชุมชนปฏิบัติตามหลักศีล 5 เป็นข้อปฏิบัติพื้นฐานที่ตระหนักรู้และเห็นคุณค่าความสำคัญต่อการนำมาปรับประยุกต์ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต 3) จิตใจสะอาด ชาวชุมชนรักษาศีล 5 มีความสุขใจ มีสถานที่ปฏิบัติธรรมภายใต้สำนักปฏิบัติธรรมประจำกรุงเทพมหานครแห่งที่ 61 เพื่อรองรับการขัดเกลาจิตใจให้เข้าถึงความสงบ มีความรู้ ตื่น เบิกบาน 4) ปัญญาสะอาด ชาวชุมชนรักษาศีล 5 มีความรู้ความเข้าใจหลักและแนวทางการดำเนินชีวิตที่ถูกต้องตามแนวคิดทางพระพุทธศาสนา มีสำนักเรียนศาสนศึกษามีการจัดการเรียนการสอนธรรมะให้แก่ชาวชุมชนวัดสารอด
