การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ภายใต้แนวคิดการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตโดยชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัยเพื่อ 1. ศึกษารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา ในอำเภอองครักษ์ จังหวัดนครนายก 2. พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ของโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาภายใต้แนวคิดการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตโดยชุมชนมีส่วนร่วม ใช้การวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยให้ความสำคัญกับกระบวนการวิจัยที่กลุ่มเป้าหมายดำเนินการด้วยตนเอง มีพื้นที่วิจัยคือ อำเภอองครักษ์ จังหวัดนครนายก มีหน่วยการวิเคราะห์ระดับองค์กร สามารถแบ่งผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับการจัดการเรียนรู้ทั้งหมด 3 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ (1) กลุ่มโรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษา จำนวน 2 แห่ง (2) กลุ่มครอบครัวและชุมชน ประกอบด้วย พ่อ/แม่เด็ก ผู้นำชุมชน และคณะกรรมการชุมชน จำนวน 30 คน และ (3) กลุ่มบุคลากรหน่วยงานราชการในพื้นที่ จำนวน 4 คน ในการวิเคราะห์ผลการวิจัย ใช้การวิเคราะห์ เชิงเนื้อหา (Content Analysis) และงานวิจัยนี้ได้ผ่านการพิจารณารับรองจากคณะกรรมการจริยธรรม การวิจัยในมนุษย์ มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า โรงเรียนขยายโอกาสทางการศึกษาทั้ง 2 แห่ง มีลักษณะการจัดการเรียนรู้ตามบทบาทของผู้เรียนและผู้สอน ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งได้ 2 รูปแบบ ได้แก่ (1) รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นครูเป็นศูนย์กลาง และ (2) รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนที่เน้นผู้เรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง ซึ่งการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนการสอนข้างต้นนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับบริบทของรายวิชาและสถานการณ์โดยทั่วไป เมื่อวิเคราะห์การพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ พบว่า โรงเรียนทั้งสองแห่งมีลักษณะการพัฒนารูปแบบที่คล้ายกัน โดยแบ่งเป็น 4 ขั้นตอนหลัก ได้แก่ 1) ขั้นเตรียมความพร้อมก่อนการวิจัย 2) ขั้นออกแบบการวิจัย 3) ขั้นดำเนินการวิจัย และ 4) ถอดบทเรียน โดยทั้ง 4 ขั้นตอนหลัก สามารถแบ่งได้อีก 12 ขั้นตอนย่อย เพื่อนำมาสู่การจัดการเรียนรู้ที่แก้ไขปัญหาเชิงพื้นที่ ตอบสนองความต้องการของชุมชนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และสร้างการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตร่วมกันระหว่างสถานศึกษาและชุมชน
