บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาระบบ 2) ทดลองใช้ และประเมินระบบ และ 3) ปรับปรุงระบบ การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยและพัฒนา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูแนะแนว และครูที่ปรึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย โรงเรียนในสังกัดสหวิทยา เขตนวลจันทร์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร เขต 2 จำนวน 250 คน และประชากร ที่ใช้ในการทดลอง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูแนะแนว และครูที่ปรึกษา ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนสตรีวิทยา 2 ในพระราชูปถัมภ์ฯ ปีการศึกษา 2564 จำนวน 36 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสัมภาษณ์ด้วยการสังเคราะห์เนื้อหา และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระบบการบริหารจัดการสุขภาพจิต มีองค์ประกอบ 3 ด้าน คือ ปัจจัยนำเข้า กระบวนการ และผลผลิต 2) ผลการทดลองใช้ และประเมินระบบ พบว่า ระบบผ่านเกณฑ์การประเมินทุกรายการ การปฏิบัติงานของครูแนะแนว และครูที่ปรึกษาในภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.90) โดยมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ และทักษะหลังการทดลองใช้ระบบ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.89) และความพึงพอใจต่อระบบอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
= 4.93) และ 3) ผลการปรับปรุงระบบ คือ การจัดทำ แผนกลยุทธ์เชิงป้องกัน การทำงานเป็นทีม และเครือข่าย และการให้บริการสุขภาพจิตเชิงรุกแบบครบวงจร ทำให้ได้ระบบการบริหารจัดการสุขภาพจิตที่มีคุณภาพ และมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น
