ยกระดับการพัฒนาศักยภาพนักวิจัยเพื่อชุมชนมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ 1) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการพัฒนาและยกระดับศักยภาพนักวิจัยเพื่อชุมชนของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร และ 2) เพื่อประเมินผลลัพธ์จากรูปแบบการพัฒนาและยกระดับศักยภาพนักวิจัยเพื่อชุมชนของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร เป็นการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองผ่านกิจกรรมการพัฒนาและยกระดับศักยภาพนักวิจัยเพื่อชุมชน มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนคร และการสังเกตการณ์แบบมีส่วนร่วม
ในระหว่างการดำเนินกิจกรรมฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาได้มาด้วยวิธีการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบอาสาสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการวิจัย รวม 24 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสำรวจและสัมภาษณ์อย่างไม่เป็นทางการ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) รูปแบบการพัฒนาและยกระดับศักยภาพนักวิจัยเพื่อชุมชนของมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครได้รับการออกแบบจากข้อมูลการประเมินศักยภาพนักวิจัยชุมชนและการทบทวนวรรณกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยกิจกรรมเริ่มต้นจากโปรแกรมการพัฒนานักวิจัยทั้ง “ต้นทาง” “กลางทาง” และ “ปลายทาง” และ 2) ผลลัพธ์จากรูปแบบการพัฒนาและยกระดับศักยภาพนักวิจัยเพื่อชุมชน ส่งผลให้นักวิจัยชุมชนมีความเข้าใจในการเขียนข้อเสนอโครงการวิจัย รวมถึงความเข้าใจในการดำเนินโครงการวิจัยแบบชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมที่มากขึ้นกว่าเดิม และนักวิจัยชุมชนสามารถเขียนข้อเสนอโครงการเพื่อพัฒนาชุมชนโดยชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมได้จำนวน 16 โครงการ และได้ยื่นขอรับทุนสนับสนุนเรียบร้อยแล้ว
