บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพของสื่อมัลติมีเดีย 2) เพื่อหาความสอดคล้องของ
ผู้ประเมินชิ้นงานของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยสื่อมัลติมีเดีย 3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เรื่องการแกะสลักพื้นฐาน: ชุดผลไม้พร้อมรับประทาน วิชาการงานอาชีพ เป็นวิจัยเชิงทดลอง
กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 3 โรงเรียนหนองหญ้าไซวิทยา จังหวัดสุพรรณบุรี จำนวน 19 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ สื่อมัลติมีเดีย แบบประเมินคุณภาพสื่อ แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติงาน และแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างเนื้อหาและวัตถุประสงค์ (IOC) วิเคราะห์ค่าความสอดคล้องระหว่างผู้ประเมิน ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ประสิทธิภาพของสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เรื่องการแกะสลักพื้นฐาน: ชุดผลไม้พร้อมรับประทาน วิชาการงานอาชีพ มีค่าเท่ากับ 80.00/84.21 ซึ่งสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 2) การประเมินความสอดคล้องของคะแนนของผู้ประเมิน ดัชนีความสอดคล้องของผู้ประเมินคะแนนชิ้นงานในภาพรวมมีความสอดคล้องกันมาก เท่ากับ 0.89 แสดงให้เห็นว่าผู้ประเมินชิ้นงานให้คะแนนชิ้นงานไปในทิศทางเดียวกัน
3) ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อสื่อมัลติมีเดีย เรื่องการแกะสลักพื้นฐาน: ชุดผลไม้พร้อมรับประทาน วิชาการงานอาชีพ โดยภาพรวมนักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.77) สรุปได้ว่าผลจากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้สามารถบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ทุกข้อตามที่กำหนด
