บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาภาคบังคับสู่ความเป็นเลิศ จังหวัดนนทบุรี 2) เพื่อประเมินความเหมาะสมและความเป็นไปได้ของรูปแบบที่เราพัฒนาโดยใช้การบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาภาคบังคับสู่ความเป็นเลิศ จังหวัดนนทบุรี เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน คือ เทคนิคเดลฟาย และการประเมินรูปแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 17 คน และผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 110 คน สำหรับประเมินรูปแบบ เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีเจาะจง เครื่องมือวิจัยที่ใช้การวิจัยคือ แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งมีโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล เชิงปริมาณ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพ ได้แก่ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่ามัธยฐาน และค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) องค์ประกอบรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาภาคบังคับสู่ความเป็นเลิศ จังหวัดนนทบุรี ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ วิสัยทัศน์ของผู้นำ หลักการบริหารจัดการ การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การพัฒนาการเรียนการสอน การพัฒนาบุคลากร และการพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน 2) รูปแบบการบริหารจัดการสถานศึกษาภาคบังคับสู่ความเป็นเลิศ จังหวัดนนทบุรี มีความเหมาะสมและเป็นไปได้ ในระดับมาก ( = 4.49)
