บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการที่คาดหวังคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบัญชี และ 2) พัฒนาและประเมินผลรูปแบบการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาเฉพาะของหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบัญชีที่จัดการศึกษาแบบทวิภาคี เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนตามความต้องการของงานอาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร และครูฝึกในสถานประกอบการ จำนวน 145 คน ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ผู้วิจัยใช้รูปแบบการวิจัยและพัฒนา เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม และแบบประเมินความเหมาะสม เป็นแบบประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ความต้องการที่คาดหวังคุณลักษณะทุกด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อนำมาจัดลำดับความสำคัญ พบว่า การวิเคราะห์แก้ปัญหา ปรับปรุง พัฒนางาน มีความต้องการจำเป็นมากที่สุด PNImodified เท่ากับ 0.31 ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้หมวดวิชาเฉพาะของหลักสูตรเทคโนโลยีบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการบัญชีที่จัดการศึกษาแบบทวิภาคี เพื่อเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะผู้เรียนตามความต้องการของงานอาชีพ ประกอบด้วย 5 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ 1) ขั้นการวิเคราะห์ 1.1) การวิเคราะห์หลักสูตร 1.2) การจัดทำโครงการสอน 1.3) การวิเคราะห์สมรรถนะ 2) ขั้นการออกแบบ 2.1) การออกแบบการสอนวิชาทฤษฎี 2.2) การออกแบบการสอนวิชาปฏิบัติ 3) ขั้นการพัฒนา 3.1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ทฤษฎี 3.2) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ภาคปฏิบัติ
4) ขั้นการนำไปใช้ 4.1) การนำไปใช้สอนในสถานศึกษา 4.2) การนำไปใช้สอนในสถานประกอบการ และ 5) ขั้นประเมินและติดตามผล ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 4.54
