บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา 2) ศึกษาลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ยืนยันความเหมาะสมขององค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัด โดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 9 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ ผู้อำนวยการ รองผู้อำนวยการและครู จำนวน 918 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบบันทึกผลการสนทนากลุ่ม แบบประเมินและแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ย ร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index
ผลวิจัยพบว่า 1. องค์ประกอบและตัวชี้วัดภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ 35 ตัวชี้วัด ได้แก่ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ การกระตุ้นให้เกิดแรงบันดาลใจ การคำนึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล การกระตุ้นให้ใช้ปัญญา การมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว และ การทำงานเป็นทีม 2) ลำดับความต้องการจำเป็นในการเสริมสร้างภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา เรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อย ได้แก่ การมีวิสัยทัศน์ การกระตุ้นให้เกิดการสร้างแรงบันดาลใจ การคำนึงถึงความเป็นปัจเจกบุคคล การกระตุ้นทางปัญญาให้เกิดความคิดสร้างสรรค์ การทำงานเป็นทีม และการมีความยืดหยุ่นและปรับตัว ผลจากการวิจัยนี้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการพัฒนาผู้บริหารสามารถนำไปใช้ในการกำหนดเป็นโปรแกรมพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำการเปลี่ยนแปลงเชิงสร้างสรรค์ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ต่อไป
