แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนากำลังคนด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาการเตรียมความพร้อมในการนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ของการค้าปลีก 2) ศึกษาทักษะของกำลังคนด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่สอดคล้องความต้องการของการค้าปลีก
3) ศึกษาแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนากำลังคนด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ที่สอดคล้องความต้องการของการค้าปลีก โดยใช้การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ เก็บรวมรวมข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 24 คน โดยใช้แบบบันทึกเอกสารและแบบสัมภาษณ์ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเป็นข้อมูลบรรยายโดยใช้วิธีการเชิงคุณภาพ
สรุปผลการวิจัยเป็นประเด็นๆ แล้วทำการยกร่างแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาฯ และจัดการวิพากษ์เชิงประเมินโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 16 คน โดยใช้แนวคำถามการวิพากษ์และแบบฟอร์มการประเมินร่างแนวทางฯ หลังจากนั้นทำการปรับปรุงแนวทางการจัดการศึกษาฯ
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การนำปัญญาประดิษฐ์มาใช้ของการค้าปลีก ต้องเตรียมด้านต่าง ๆ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านวัฒนธรรมองค์กร ด้านข้อมูล ด้านกระบวนการทำงานและวิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์ ด้านเทคโนโลยี และด้านเงินลงทุน 2) กำลังคนด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ต้องมีทักษะวิชาชีพในด้านการค้าปลีก คณิตศาสตร์และสถิติ วิศวกรรมซอฟต์แวร์และการเขียนโปรแกรม การจัดการข้อมูล ปัญญาประดิษฐ์และการเรียนรู้ของเครื่อง และทักษะชีวิตและสังคมเกี่ยวกับการสื่อสาร การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นและทำงานเป็นทีม ความคิดสร้างสรรค์และนวัตกรรม ความคิดอย่างมีวิจารณญาณและแก้ปัญหาซับซ้อน การเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต ความมุ่งมั่น ความยืดหยุ่น ความมีภาระรับผิดชอบ ความซื่อสัตย์และจริยธรรม 3) แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนากำลังคนด้านปัญญาประดิษฐ์ฯ 8 ด้าน ได้แก่ หลักสูตรและเนื้อหาสาระ การเรียนการสอน อาจารย์ผู้สอน ผู้เรียน
สื่อ อุปกรณ์และแหล่งเรียนรู้ การวัดผลและประเมินผล ภาวะผู้นำของผู้นำสถาบันอุดมศึกษา และความร่วมมือของทุกภาคส่วน
