บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์1) ศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ 2) สร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ 3) ศึกษาผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้เป็นงานวิจัยและพัฒนากลุ่มเป้าหมาย นักศึกษาวิชาชีพครู ชั้นปีที่ 3 คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏเพชรบูรณ์ปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวน 200 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบแบบกลุ่มเดียว (One Sample t-test) ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้พบว่าการวิเคราะห์หลักสูตร การวิเคราะห์ผู้เรียน และการจัดทำแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ มีความเหมาะสมระดับมาก 2) ผลการสร้างและตรวจสอบคุณภาพรูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ มี 5 องค์ประกอบ คือ (1.1) หลักการ (1.2) วัตถุประสงค์ (1.3) สาระการเรียนรู้ (1.4) กิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ (1.5) การวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ขั้นตอนการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ 4 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้ ขั้นที่ 1 ระเบิดจากข้างใน ขั้นที่ 2 มีส่วนร่วม ขั้นที่ 3 องค์รวม และขั้นที่ 4 สะท้อนองค์ความรู้ 3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้ พบว่า (3.1) นักศึกษาวิชาชีพครูมีความรู้ความเข้าใจวิธีวิทยาการจัดการเรียนรู้หลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 (3.2) นักศึกษาวิชาชีพครูมีสมรรถนะในการคิดออกแบบการจัดการเรียนรู้หลังเรียนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01 และ (3.3) นักศึกษาวิชาชีพครูมีสมรรถนะการเขียนแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้หลังเรียนสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.01
