แนวทางการฝึกอบรมในภาวะวิกฤติการระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการฝึกอบรม การเรียน การสอนในภาวะวิกฤติของการระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่ (COVID-19) เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ผู้ให้ข้อมูลที่สำคัญได้แก่คณะทำงานในโครงการครูเพื่อพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ค่าย Summer camp และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ได้แก่ แนวทางการสนทนากลุ่มแบบมีโครงสร้าง เก็บข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการใช้การสนทนากลุ่มที่นำโดยนักวิจัยเพื่อสร้างข้อมูล โดยยังไม่มีข้อกำหนดในการเข้าถึงฉันทามติหรือตัดสินใจ มีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แนวทางการฝึกอบรม การเรียน การสอนในภาวะวิกฤติของการระบาดของโรคไวรัสโคโรนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่ (COVID-19) ให้น้ำหนักและประเด็นความสนใจในประเด็น สถานที่ในการฝึกอบรม และการเตรียมการฝึกอบรม การปฏิบัติของนิสิต นักศึกษา ที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม การปฏิบัติของวิทยากรที่ดำเนินการฝึกอบรม การใช้รถโดยสารปรับอากาศเพื่อเดินทางไปสถานที่ฝึกอบรม การใช้ห้องน้ำสาธารณะ และการปฏิบัติของคณะทำงานที่ดำเนินการจัดการอบรม โดยเน้นในเรื่องการจัดการด้านสถานที่ มาตรการตรวจวัดไข้ การสวมใส่หน้ากากอนามัย การรักษาความสะอาด การเว้นระยะห่างทางสังคม การสร้างความตระหนักและการเฝ้าระวังตรวจสอบอาการของการเจ็บป่วยด้วยโรคระบบทางเดินหายใจส่วนบน
