รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต และความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดตรัง

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตและความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดตรัง 2) เปรียบเทียบความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุโดยจำแนกตามข้อมูลประชากร และ 3) หาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบในการดำเนินชีวิตและความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุ ใช้วิธีการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี สำหรับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณใช้แบบสอบถามผู้สูงอายุ จำนวน 400 คน ใน 10 อำเภอ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบแบบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนจำแนกทางเดียว ส่วนการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพใช้การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้สูงอายุที่มีบทบาทสำคัญ จำนวน 32 คน ใช้วิธีการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจง และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดตรังโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (=3.86, S.D.= .573) ส่วนค่าเฉลี่ยระดับความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (
=4.21, S.D.= .612) โดยความต้องการด้านบริการสังคม มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด รองลงมา ด้านสุขภาพอนามัย ด้านความมั่นคงทางสังคม ด้านการทํางานและการมีรายได้ ด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ด้านการศึกษา และ ด้านนันทนาการตามลำดับ 2) ผลของการเปรียบเทียบความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคม พบว่า เมื่อจำแนกตามพื้นที่ในและนอกเขตเทศบาล การนับถือศาสนา และอายุที่ต่างกัน ความต้องการสวัสดิการของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดตรังแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และ .01 เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านนันทนาการแตกต่างกันมากที่สุด 3) ผลการวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิตกับความต้องการสวัสดิการสังคมของผู้สูงอายุในจังหวัดตรัง พบว่า ความสัมพันธ์โดยรวม มีความสัมพันธ์ในทิศทางเดียวกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 (r = .487, p =.000) ผลจากการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพเป็นไปในทิศทางเดียวกับการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ
