บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของหมู่บ้านไทยคริสต์ ในเขตกลุ่มจังหวัดโขง ชี มูล 2) พัฒนารูปแบบการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของหมู่บ้านไทยคริสต์ฯ และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของหมู่บ้านไทยคริสต์ฯ ปัจจุบันการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมได้รับความสนใจมากยิ่งขึ้นแต่ขาดการจัดการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ บทความนี้เป็นงานวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา ประกอบด้วย ประชาชนหมู่บ้านไทยคริสต์ ในเขตกลุ่มจังหวัดโขง ชี มูล จำนวน 335 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญพิจารณาร่างรูปแบบ จำนวน 15 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในการประเมินรูปแบบ จำนวน 18 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม แบบบันทึกสนทนากลุ่มและแบบประเมินรูปแบบ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) การจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมของหมู่บ้านไทยคริสต์ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2) รูปแบบการจัดการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมแบบมีส่วนร่วมของหมู่บ้านไทยคริสต์ ประกอบด้วย 2.1) กิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว โดยการจัดกิจกรรมที่มีความเป็นเอกลักษณ์และเรียนรู้วิถีของศาสนาคริสต์ การจัดให้นักท่องเที่ยวมีส่วนร่วม การเชื่อมโยงกิจกรรมสู่วิถีชุมชนท้องถิ่นและแหล่งท่องเที่ยวอื่น 2.2) สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว โดยการจัดการเตรียมความพร้อม การจัดการการเข้าถึงสถานที่และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก การจัดการสถานที่ให้มีความดึงดูดใจ และการจัดการความสามารถในการรองรับของสถานที่ 2.3) การมีส่วนร่วม โดยการมีส่วนร่วมในลักษณะภาคีเครือข่าย การมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการ และการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน 2.4) การประชาสัมพันธ์ โดยการประชาสัมพันธ์เผยแพร่แหล่งท่องเที่ยว สิ่งดึงดูดใจนักท่องเที่ยว กิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยว และการประชาสัมพันธ์ที่หลากหลาย 3) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบ พบว่า รูปแบบมีความเหมาะสมในระดับมากที่สุดและมีความเป็นไปได้ในระดับมาก
