การเสริมสร้างและปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับปัจจัยและหลักพุทธธรรมที่เสริมสร้างและปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมืองในประเทศไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง 3) เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง และ 4) เพื่อนำเสนอรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างและปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง อาศัยการใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 152 รูปหรือคน ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ ด้วยวิธีแบบ Stepwise และสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่จำนวน 18 รูปหรือคน โดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ระดับปัจจัยและหลักพุทธธรรมที่เสริมสร้างและปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมืองในประเทศไทย ประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อการเสริมสร้างและปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมืองในประเทศไทย โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนประชาชนมีความคิดเห็นต่อหลักพุทธธรรมเสริมสร้างและปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) จิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง ประชาชน
มีความคิดเห็นต่อจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง พบว่า พบว่าปัจจัยด้านการเคารพความแตกต่าง ปัจจัยด้านการรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมและส่วนรวม ปัจจัยด้านการเคารพสิทธิผู้อื่น ส่งผลต่อจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง ได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และพยากรณ์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง Adjusted R2 = 0.32 4) รูปแบบการเสริมสร้างและปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกค่านิยมวัฒนธรรมทางการเมืองภาคพลเมือง มีองค์ประกอบสำคัญคือ 1) ด้านความรู้
ด้านทักษะ 2) ด้านเจตคติและค่านิยม และ 3) ด้านพฤติกรรม
