รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและความต้องการจำเป็นของการบริหารงานวิชาการ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 2) สร้างรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการฯ และ 3) ประเมินรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการฯ การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยแบบผสมผสาน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นคณะกรรมการบริหารหลักสูตร เครือข่ายคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ 8 แห่ง จำนวน 152 คน ได้มาโดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างจากตารางของเครจซี่และมอร์แกน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสนทนากลุ่มและแบบประเมิน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันของการบริหารงานวิชาการของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ โดยรวม มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง และความต้องการจำเป็นในการบริหารงานวิชาการของคณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏควรได้รับการพัฒนาเรียงลำดับจากมากไปน้อยคือ ด้านกระบวนการ ด้านผลผลิต และด้านปัจจัยนำเข้า ตามลำดับ 2) รูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการ คณะพยาบาลศาสตร์ประกอบด้วย 2.1 ปัจจัยนำเข้า มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารระดับคณะ (2) สมรรถนะอาจารย์ (3) คุณลักษณะแรกรับของนักศึกษา (4) ทรัพยากรทางการศึกษา/แหล่งฝึกปฏิบัติงาน และ (5) การบริหารจัดการองค์กร 2.2 ด้านกระบวนการ มี 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) การบริหารหลักสูตร (2) การจัดการเรียนการสอน (3) การวัดและประเมินผล ซึ่งมีกลไกขับเคลื่อนประกอบด้วย วงจรควบคุมคุณภาพ PDCA และการทำงานเป็นทีม 2.3 ผลผลิต มี 3 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) คุณลักษณะของผู้เรียนตามกรอบมาตรฐานคุณวุฒิ (2) คุณภาพบัณฑิต และ (3) ความพึงพอใจในระบบการบริหารงานวิชาการ 3) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบพบว่า องค์ประกอบของรูปแบบการบริหารงานวิชาการ มีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด (x ̅ = 4.51, S.D = 0.57) ส่วนความเป็นไปได้ ความเหมาะสม และความเป็นประโยชน์ของรูปแบบโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (x ̅ = 4.32, S.D = 0.57)
