บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของวิทยานิพนธ์ “แนวทางการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อป้องกันตกเป็นเหยื่อการค้ามนุษย์” มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์ค้ามนุษย์รูปแบบการค้าประเวณีเขตภาตเหนือตอนล่าง 2) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบที่สนับสนุนและผลักดันเด็กตกเป็นเหยื่อการค้ามนุษย์รูปแบบการค้าประเวณี 4) ออกแบบแนวทางป้องกันการตกเป็นเหยื่อการค้ามนุษย์รูปแบบการค้าประเวณีโดยใช้หลักธรรมเป็นฐาน มีระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพดังนี้ ศึกษาจากเอกสาร การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกรายบุคคล การจัดกลุ่มสนทนา แหล่งข้อมูล เด็กผู้เสียหายจากการค้ามนุษย์ เด็กกลุ่มเสี่ยง ผู้ปฏิบัติงานกับเด็กและผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวม 53 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. สถานการณ์การค้ามนุษย์เขตภาคเหนือตอนล่างเป็นรูปแบบค้าประเวณีและการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศยังมีอยู่อย่างต่อเนื่องมีแนวโน้มสูงขึ้น ผู้ใช้บริการ มีค่านิยมใช้บริการทางเพศกับเด็ก ผู้เสียหายส่วนใหญ่มีอายุน้อยลง เด็กด้อยโอกาสมีความเสี่ยงตกเป็นเหยื่อสูง 2. องค์ประกอบที่สนับสนุนและผลักดันให้เด็กตกเป็นเหยื่อการค้ามนุษย์ 1) ครอบครัวขาดคุณธรรม มีปัญหาความรุนแรงและครอบครัวแตกแยก 2) เด็กมีเจตคติผิด มีค่านิยมเลียนแบบและพฤติกรรมไม่เหมาะสม 3) สื่อสังคมออนไลน์ 4) เพื่อนและสิ่งแวดล้อม 5) ความยากจน 3. แนวทางการป้องกันการตกเป็นเหยื่อการค้ามนุษย์รูปแบบการค้าประเวณี 1) สร้างภูมิคุ้มกันทางจิตใจและจิตวิญญาณ ด้วยการปลูกฝัง คุณธรรม จริยธรรมโดยใช้หลักธรรมคำสั่งสอนของศาสนาเป็นฐาน ด้วยหลักความเชื่อศรัทธา ความหวังใจที่มั่นคง มีความรักตนเองรักผู้อื่น 2) พัฒนาทักษะชีวิตการอยู่รอดในสังคม
