บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพบริบทชุมชนต่อการสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามแนวทางวัด ประชา รัฐ สร้างสุขเพื่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนในพื้นที่สวนพฤกศาสตร์ดงฟ้าห่วน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 2) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัญหาและปัจจัยเงื่อนไขของชุมชนต่อการสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามแนวทางวัด ประชา รัฐ สร้างสุขเพื่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนในพื้นที่สวนพฤกศาสตร์ดงฟ้าห่วน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี 3) เพื่อสร้างรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามแนวทางวัด ประชา รัฐ สร้างสุขเพื่อความเข้มแข็งของชุมชนในพื้นที่สวนพฤกศาสตร์ดงฟ้าห่วน จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลัก จำนวน 12 คน และการสนทนากลุ่มย่อย จำนวน 15 คน ใช้วิธีการสุ่มแบบเจาะจง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและเขียนบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ชุมชนบ้านหนองบัว และชุมชนบ้านหนองมะนาว มีลักษณะทางภูมิศาสตร์ โดยส่วนใหญ่เป็นพื้นที่ราบลุ่ม ประกอบอาชีพเกษตรกรรมเป็นหลัก มีความเชื่อ ประเพณีและวัฒนธรรมตามรูปแบบฮีต-คองอีสาน พัฒนาการชุมชนแบ่งออกเป็น 3 ยุค ได้แก่ ยุคบุกเบิก ยุคน้ำไหลไฟสว่าง และยุคของการเริ่มเป็นชุมชนกึ่งเมือง 2) สภาพปัญหาชุมชนประกอบด้วย การคมนาคมระหว่างหมู่บ้าน การขาดแคลนน้ำอุปโภคบริโภค ปัญหาหนี้สินในครัวเรือน การขาดอาชีพเสริม ค่านิยมของคนในชุมชนเปลี่ยนไป โดยปัจจัยเงื่อนไขชุมชนมีผู้นำที่เข้มแข็ง มีการกำหนดเป้าหมายร่วมกัน มีหน่วยงานรัฐสนับสนุน วัฒนธรรมประเพณีเป็นฐานรากของชุมชน โดยต้องปรับตัวให้ทันต่อปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายนอก 3) การสร้างรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้ โดยมีสามองค์กรหลักในชุมชนเป็นหน่วยขับเคลื่อนการเรียนรู้ร่วมกัน ด้วยการยึดปัญหาและปัจจัยเงื่อน ของการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนเป็นฐาน แล้วสร้างรูปแบบการเรียนรู้โดยบูรณาการมิติบทบาทพันธกิจของวัด ประชา และรัฐเป็นรูปแบบการเสริมสร้างการเรียนรู้
