กระบวนการทางสังคมเชิงพุทธกับการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ ไม่พึงประสงค์ของวัยรุ่น จังหวัดพะเยา

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 3 ข้อ คือ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุการตั้งครรภ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของวัยรุ่น ในจังหวัดพะเยา 2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการทางสังคมเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของวัยรุ่น ในจังหวัดพะเยา 3) เพื่อเสนอแนวทางประยุกต์คำสอนทางพระพุทธศาสนาในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของวัยรุ่น ในจังหวัดพะเยา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพด้วยการสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้างและแบบประเมินทัศนคติจากบุคคลผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 25 รูป/คน สำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสัมภาษณ์ใช้การจำแนกชนิดข้อมูล โดยการจัดระเบียบข้อมูลแล้วตีความ ส่วนแบบประเมินทัศนคติใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา คือ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) สาเหตุการตั้งครรภ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของวัยรุ่นเกิดจากหลายปัจจัย สื่อโซเชียลมีเดียเป็นสิ่งที่กระตุ้นทำให้วัยรุ่นเกิดการอยากลองหรือเลียนแบบ อยากได้รับการยอมรับจากเพื่อน ขาดความรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษา ค่านิยมและทัศนคติเรื่องการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ในวัยเรียนเป็นเรื่องปกติและขาดการอบรมกล่อมเกลาจากครอบครัว 2) กระบวนการทางสังคมเพื่อป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ของวัยรุ่น พบว่า มีการอบรมให้ความรู้เรื่องเพศศึกษาแก่นักเรียนเพื่อช่วยลดปัญหาการตั้งครรภ์ไม่พึงประสงค์ การทำแท้งและการติดโรคทางเพศสัมพันธ์ นอกจากนี้ สถาบันหลัก คือ ครอบครัว ศาสนาและโรงเรียนได้ใช้กระบวนการทางสังคมในการสอนเรื่องเพศศึกษา เช่น การอบรมด้วยวาจา การทำตัวให้เป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี การสร้างแรงจูงใจด้วยการให้ รางวัล 3) แนวทางประยุกต์คำสอนทางพระพุทธศาสนาในการป้องกันการตั้งครรภ์ที่ไม่พึงประสงค์ของวัยรุ่น พบว่า กลุ่ม บ ว ร (บ้าน วัด โรงเรียน) ต้องมีกลยุทธ์ในการนำวิถีพุทธไปใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิตเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาดังกล่าว เน้นกรอบการพัฒนาโดยใช้หลักไตรสิกขา ครอบครัวทำหน้าที่ตามหลักทิศ 6 มีเมตตาธรรม (พรหมวิหาร 4) เป็นพื้นฐาน สถาบันการศึกษาและสถานบริการสุขภาพคอยช่วยเหลือดูแลด้านสุขภาพ (สังคหวัตถุ 4) และสถาบันศาสนาคอยกล่อมเกลาด้านจิตใจให้วัยรุ่นได้พัฒนาตามหลักพุทธธรรม มีความเกรงกลัวและละอายต่อบาป (หิริโอตัปปะ) รู้จักข่มใจ อดกลั้น (ทมะ) เลือกคบเพื่อนแท้ (กัลยาณมิตร) มีความเพียรในการศึกษา (อิทธิบาท 4) มีปัญญารู้ทันสื่อ คิดวิเคราะห์ (โยนิโสมนสิการ) และพิจารณาตามหลักกาลามสูตร จึงจะช่วยให้วัยรุ่นได้ดำเนินชีวิตที่ถูกต้องแห่งวิถีธรรม
