รูปแบบการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชาสู่การบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา เพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้เรียน

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชาสู่การบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สร้าง ทดลองใช้ และประเมินรูปแบบการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชาสู่การบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้เรียน เป็นการวิจัยแบบผสานวิธี โดยดำเนินการศึกษาสภาพกับกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาของโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในเขตตรวจราชการที่ 13 จำนวน 400 คน การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้เชี่ยวชาญ จำนวน 9 คน เพื่อหาองค์ประกอบ ตรวจสอบรูปแบบและคู่มือรูปแบบด้วยการอภิปรายกลุ่ม ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 12 คน ทดลองใช้รูปแบบกับครูและบุคลากรของโรงเรียนยโสธรพิทยาคม จำนวน 22 คน ประเมินรูปแบบโดยการสนทนากลุ่ม ผู้ที่ทดลองใช้รูปแบบ จำนวน 22 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพปัจจุบันการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชาสู่การบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) รูปแบบการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชาสู่การบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้เรียน มี 5 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ (1) วัตถุประสงค์ (2) หลักการและทฤษฎีพื้นฐานของรูปแบบ (3) วิธีดำเนินงานของรูปแบบ (4) แนวทางการประเมินผลรูปแบบ และ (5) เงื่อนไขการนำรูปแบบไปใช้ โดยมีความเหมาะสม และความเป็นไปได้โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 3) ผลการทดลองใช้รูปแบบ ปรากฏว่าการปฏิบัติตามรูปแบบการน้อมนำศาสตร์พระราชาสู่การบริหารโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีของผู้เรียนของผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติโดยรวมในระดับมาก 4) ผลการประเมินรูปแบบจากผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการใช้ โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านทั้งด้านความเหมาะสม ความเป็นไปได้ และความเป็นประโยชน์
