การพัฒนารูปแบบห้องเรียนกลับทางผ่านกูเกิ้ลคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้งและสื่อสังคม เพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะวิถีแห่งการคิดในศตวรรษที่ 21 สำหรับนิสิตครู

บทคัดย่อ
บทความมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาสภาพการเรียนการสอนเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะวิถีแห่งการคิด 2) พัฒนารูปแบบห้องเรียนกลับทางผ่านกูเกิ้ลคลาวด์คอมพิวติ้งและสื่อสังคม 3) ศึกษาผลการใช้และนำเสนอรูปแบบ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ระยะที่ 1 นิสิตครูจำนวน 400 คน ระยะที่ 2 จำนวน 39 คน ระยะที่ 3 จำนวน 60 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา เทคนิค Modified Priority Needs Index (PNI Modified) t-test และ ANCOVA ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) สภาพการเรียนการสอนเพื่อส่งเสริมทักษะวิถีแห่งการคิดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง พบว่า ปัจจุบันมีการใช้วิธีบรรยายมากที่สุด โดยมีความต้องการบรรยากาศและกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ในทุกด้าน มีค่า PNI Modified อยู่ระหว่าง 0.09-0.29 ความต้องการลำดับสูงสุดคือ การเรียนด้วยตนเองผ่านวีดิโอแชริ่งเพื่อทบทวนและสรุปบทเรียน มีค่า PNI Modified (0.31) 2) รูปแบบห้องเรียนกลับทาง ประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ I-CLICK Model ได้แก่ I: Introduction & Inspiration; C-Communication & Collaboration; L: Link to Learning by doing; I: Inquiry Learning ; C: Coaching & Creating ; K: Knowledge Sharing & Evaluation มีประสิทธิภาพ E1/E2 =83.14/85.40 3) คะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน และทักษะวิถีแห่งการคิดของกลุ่มทดลองหลังเรียนสูงกว่าก่อนเรียน และมีคะแนนสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 คะแนนทักษะวิถีแห่งการคิดของกลุ่มทดลองและกลุ่มควบคุม แตกต่างกัน (F=301.581, Sig.= .000, P<0.05) โดยกลุ่มทดลองมีทักษะวิถี แห่งการคิด สูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุม ความพึงพอใจโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ผู้เชี่ยวชาญรับรองรูปแบบฯ ในภาพรวมมีความเหมาะสมมากที่สุด
