บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้ มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้แบบบริการสังคมเพื่อส่งเสริมจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียน ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 และ 2. ศึกษาผลการใช้รูปแบบการเรียนรู้แบบบริการสังคมเพื่อส่งเสริมจิตสาธารณะของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 ดำเนินการวิจัยโดยใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยและพัฒนา กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 2 โรงเรียนสวายจีกพิทยาคม อำเภอเมืองบุรีรัมย์ จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์ ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2561 ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง ในการใช้รูปแบบจำนวน 35 คนเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ บันทึกสะท้อนคิดของนักเรียนตามรูปแบบ แบบประเมินจิตสาธารณะนักเรียนตามรูปแบบ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลประกอบด้วยค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ผลการพัฒนารูปแบบการเรียนรู้แบบบริการสังคมเพื่อส่งเสริมจิตสาธารณะประกอบด้วย 6 องค์ประกอบ คือ 1) แนวคิดและทฤษฎีพื้นฐาน 2) วัตถุประสงค์ 3) ขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนรู้ 4) ระบบสังคม 5) หลักการตอบสนอง และ 6) ระบบสนับสนุนซึ่งด้านขั้นตอนการจัดการเรียนรู้ ประกอบด้วย 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ 1) การเตรียมการ 2) ลงมือปฏิบัติการ 3) การสะท้อนกลับ และ4) จัดแสดงผลงาน 2. ผลการประเมินจิตสาธารณะของผู้เรียนตามรูปแบบ พบว่า นักเรียนมีคุณลักษณะด้านจิตสาธารณะโดยรวมในระดับสูง ส่วนผลการสะท้อนคิดเห็นของนักเรียน พบว่า รูปการเรียนรู้มีความเหมาะสมสามารถส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนมีจิตสาธารณะเพิ่มขึ้นได้
