ชุมชนสีเขียววัดสีขาว: รูปแบบการจัดการพื้นที่สาธารณะด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม และความโปร่งใสของวัดและชุมชนในจังหวัดพิจิตร

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและความโปร่งใส 2) เพื่อพัฒนา/วิเคราะห์รูปแบบการจัดการพื้นที่สีเขียวและการสร้างความโปร่งใสของวัดและชุมชน เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม รวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการวิจัยเอกสาร การวิจัยภาคสนาม ประกอบด้วย การสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสังเกต การสนทนากลุ่ม จัดเวทีสร้างความเข้าใจโครงการกับวัด/ชุมชน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ จำนวน 40 รูป/คน การตรวจสอบข้อมูลแบบสามเส้าด้านวิธีรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและอธิบายด้วยวิธีพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
1) การจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมและความโปร่งใสที่เป็นแม่น้ำพิจิตร ป่าสงวนแห่งชาติป่าเขาทรายและป่าเขาพระ ป่าชุมชน โบราญสถาน และมนุษย์สร้างขึ้นให้เป็นพื้นที่สีเขียวโดยการปลูกต้นไม้ ไม้ผล ไม้ดอก ให้ร่มรื่นเพื่อการท่องเที่ยวและปฏิบัติธรรม ทุกวัดมีไวยาวัจกรที่ดูแลเรื่องรายรับ รายจ่าย มีสมุดคลุมการเงิน สมุดบัญชีธนาคาร มีการแจ้งประชาชนให้ทราบทุกวันพระเป็นรายเดือนรายปีบนศาลาการเปรียญ มีคณะกรรมการของวัดเป็นผู้ดูแล
2) วัดและชุมชนใช้กระบวนการร่วมกันวัดมีการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่สาธารณะและสามารถตรวจสอบได้การพัฒนาและยกระดับหน่วยงานในด้านคุณธรรมและความโปร่งใสในการดำเนินงาน
3) การเปิดพื้นที่ภายในวัดเป็นที่สาธารณะสำหรับประชาชน เพื่อเป็นพื้นที่ออกกำลังกาย พักผ่อนหย่อนใจ และกิจกรรมในทางศาสนา จัดพื้นที่บริเวณลานวัดเพื่อเปิดเป็นตลาดนัดเพื่อสร้างรายได้สำหรับคนในและนอกพื้นที่ มีส่วนราชการใช้พื้นที่ของวัดการดำเนินการภายในวัดสามารถตรวจสอบได้ทั้งนี้ถือเป็นผลทำให้เกิดชุมชนสีเขียววัดสีขาว
