การเสริมสร้างกระบวนการตัดสินใจการทำศัลยกรรมความงามของสตรี โดยหลักพุทธสันติวิธี

บทคัดย่อ
บทความวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหากระบวนการตัดสินใจการทำศัลยกรรมความงามของสตรีในสังคมไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษาการเสริมสร้างกระบวนการตัดสินใจการทำศัลยกรรมความงามของสตรีโดยหลักพุทธสันติวิธี 3) เพื่อนำเสนอการเสริมสร้างกระบวนการตัดสินใจการทำศัลยกรรมความงามของสตรีโดยหลักพุทธสันติวิธี เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการศึกษาเอกสารและการวิจัยภาคสนาม ด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกจากกลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลสำคัญ 4 กลุ่ม จำนวน 18 ท่าน และการสนทนากลุ่มโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 11 ท่าน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
- สภาพปัจจุบันและปัญหากระบวนการตัดสินใจการทำศัลยกรรมความงามของสตรีในสังคมไทย 1) ภาวะแทรกซ้อนจากการผ่าตัด/ยา 2) ความพิการ 3) เสียชีวิต ซึ่งมีสาเหตุมาจากผู้ให้บริการ ผู้รับบริการ หัตถการต่าง ๆ และสถานประกอบการ
- กระบวนการตัดสินใจการทำศัลยกรรมความงามของสตรี มี 5 ขั้นตอน 1) การรับรู้ความต้องการหรือปัญหา 2) รวบรวมทางเลือกที่มีทั้งหมดออกมา 3) ศึกษาและกำหนดขอบเขตของแต่ละทางเลือก 4) ตัดสินใจเลือกทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุด 5) ประเมินผลการตัดสินใจ โดยหลักพุทธสันติวิธีที่นำมาใช้ในกระบวนการตัดสินใจ ได้แก่ สติ ปรโตโฆสะ และโยนิโสมนสิการ
- การเสริมสร้างกระบวนการตัดสินใจการทำศัลยกรรมความงามของสตรีโดยหลักพุทธสันติวิธี พบว่า มีการเสริมสร้างคุณลักษณะที่ดีของบุคคล 4 ประการ 1) บุคลิกภาพดี เช่น ร่างกายแข็งแรงสมบูรณ์ การแต่งกายที่สะอาด สุภาพ ถูกต้องตามกาละเทศะ ท่าทางและการเดินที่สง่าผ่าเผย และมารยาทงาม 2) พฤติกรรมดี เช่น การทำความดีทางกาย วาจา ใจ 3) จิตใจดี เช่น มีความรัก เมตตากรุณา กตัญญู เป็นมิตร มองโลกในแง่ดีทั้งต่อตนเองและผู้อื่น 4) ปัญญาดี เช่น รู้จักผิดชอบชั่วดี มีเหตุผล
