Knowledge Management Model of Nonthaburi Provincial Meditation Practice Centers

Abstract
The objectives of this article were: 1) to study the general context of knowledge management, 2) to study the factors of knowledge management and 3) to propose the Knowledge management model of Nonthaburi provincial meditation practice centers. The research was mixed method research by using interviewing with 18 key informants and focus group discussion with 12 key informants and study the sample of 400. The data collection used sound recording, note and questionnaire. The data analysis was descriptive content analysis then systematically compiled and classified. The statistic was frequency percentage mean and standard deviation. The search findings were: 1. Nonthaburi provincial meditation practice centers conducted by planning, doing and action systematically, 2. The factors of knowledge management were 5 aspects included the pursuit of knowledge, knowledge creation, storage and access, knowledge dissemination and knowledge using, 3 the knowledge management model found that in the pursuit of knowledge aspect there were motivation creation, curiosity and spirit, In the knowledge creation aspect there were knowledge, experienced and creative, in the storage and access aspect there were good knowledge, easy access and security, in the knowledge dissemination there were dissemination by person By online media and publication and in knowledge using there were Analysis, synthesis, and knowledge promotion.
