วัตถุประสงค์: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษารูปแบบผลงานวิชาการและข้อมูลบรรณมิติ 2) ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิงกับการจัดอันดับค่าควอไทล์ของวารสาร 3) วิเคราะห์ปัจจัยข้อมูลบรรณมิติของบทความที่มีอิทธิพลต่อจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิงของบุคลากรสายวิชาการคณะสิ่งแวดล้อมและทรัพยากรศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล ที่ตีพิมพ์ในวารสารระดับนานาชาติในช่วงปี พ.ศ. 2559-2563 ในฐานข้อมูล Scopus รวมทั้งสิ้น 207 บทความ
วิธีการศึกษา: ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิงของบทความ วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติ One-Way ANOVA เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่าง และวิเคราะห์การถดถอยพหุคูณ โดยวิธีการศึกษาแบบ Stepwise Method เพื่อพยากรณ์อิทธิพลของตัวแปรที่มีผลกับจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิง
ข้อค้นพบ: ผลการวิจัยพบว่ามีผลงานวิชาการจำนวน 207 บทความ ที่เผยแพร่ในวารสารจำนวน 128 วารสาร โดยตีพิมพ์ในสาขาวิชาย่อย Environmental Science ร้อยละ 26.9 การวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างจำนวนการอ้างอิงกับการจัดอันดับคุณภาพวารสารค่า Quartile จากฐานข้อมูล SJR พบว่าควอไทล์ที่ 1 มีค่าเฉลี่ยของจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิงที่ความแตกต่างกับควอไทล์ที่ 2-4 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับความเชื่อมั่นที่ 0.05 แสดงให้เห็นว่าการเลือกเผยแพร่บทความในวารสารที่อยู่ควอไทล์ที่ 1 มีผลต่อการเพิ่มจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิงสูงกว่าควอไทล์อื่น ในส่วนของการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยด้านข้อมูลบรรณมิติทั้ง 6 ปัจจัยของบทความวิชาการที่มีอิทธิพลต่อจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิง พบว่ามี 2 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์ อันได้แก่ 1) ค่า h-index ของผู้เขียนหลักมีอิทธิพลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.001) ในทางกลับกันพบว่าค่า h-index ของผู้เขียนคนแรกไม่มีอิทธิพลต่อจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิงบทความวิจัยอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.135) และ 2) ความร่วมมือระหว่างประเทศมีอิทธิพลต่อจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p<0.001)
การประยุกต์ใช้จากการศึกษานี้: ข้อมูลนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อนักวิจัยเพื่อใช้เป็นแนวทางในการพิจารณาปัจจัยด้านคุณภาพของวารสารเพื่อเพิ่มคุณค่างานวิจัยและเพิ่มจำนวนครั้งการถูกอ้างอิง รวมทั้งการสร้างเครือข่ายการวิจัยที่เข้มแข็ง การทำความร่วมมือและสร้างทีมวิจัยในระดับนานาชาติ เพื่อให้งานวิจัยมีการตอบสนองต่อจำนวนการอ้างอิงจากกลุ่มนักวิจัยอย่างรวดเร็ว
