การพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพทางการศึกษา ของคุรุสภาเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 (Information System Development for Professional Educators of Teachers Council of Samutprakan Educational Service Area Office 1)

บทคัดย่อ

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพทางการศึกษาของคุรุสภาเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 โดยนำวงจรพัฒนาระบบแบบ SDLC(System Development Life Cycle) เข้ามาใช้ในกระบวนการพัฒนา ซึ่งได้มีการศึกษาวิเคราะห์ปัญหาจากระบบงานเดิม และศึกษาความต้องการสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพทางการศึกษาด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ แล้วรวบรวมข้อมูลทั้งหมดนำมาพัฒนาเป็นระบบงานใหม่ ทำให้ได้ระบบสารสนเทศให้บริการบนเว็บไซต์ประกอบด้วย 1) สารสนเทศด้านวิชาชีพ 2) สารสนเทศด้านยกย่องวิชาชีพ 3) สารสนเทศด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ และ 4) สารสนเทศด้านอื่นๆสำหรับการพัฒนาระบบใช้โปรแกรมจูมลา(Joomla) ในการบริหารจัดการเนื้อหาบนเว็บไซต์ และจัดการฐานข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรมมายเอสคิวแอล (MySQL)การประเมินความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้โดยการจัดอบรมการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศ และทำการประเมินใน 1) ด้านความสามารถในการทำงานตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้(Functional requirement)2) ด้านความสามารถในการทำงานตามหน้าที่ของระบบ(Functional)3) ด้านการใช้งานระบบ (Usability)4) ด้านระบบนำทางและการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูล(Navigation) และ 5) ด้านการรักษาความปลอดภัย(Sucurity and safety)กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นผู้ประเมิน ได้แก่ ครู ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ผู้บริหารการศึกษา และศึกษานิเทศก์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 ผลการประเมินความพึงพอใจพบว่า ผู้ใช้มีความพึงพอใจต่อระบบสารสนเทศสำหรับผู้ประกอบวิชาชีพทางการศึกษาของคุรุสภาเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก

Abstract

           This study was conducted to develop the information system for one education professionals Samutprakarn Education Service Area using System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in its development process. The problems from the previous work system were analyzed and the information needs of the educational professionals were explored through the interviews. All the collected date were then utilized for developing the web-based information service system, comprising: 1) education professional information, 2) professional admiration information, 3) public relations information and 4) other information. With regard to development of the system, Joomla program was the employed to manage the system contents, and its database was managed by Msau program. The users' satisfaction toward the information system was evaluated by teachers, school and education administrators, and educational supervisors of Samutprakarn Education Service Area one. The assessment was conducted by providing the system use training workshop to the assessors. The developed system assessment covered several aspects: its capability in responding to the users' requirements, its functional operating ability, the system usability, its navigating and data connecting, and the system security. The system evaluation results indicated that the assessors' satisfaction toward the system was found at the high level.
