บทคัดยอ
ความรูดานวัฒนธรรมเปนสินทรัพยที่มีมูลคาและมีความสําคัญในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจของประเทศใหมีความยั่งยืนตามแนวคิดเศรษฐกิจสรางสรรค แมทุกหนวยงานมีความตองการใชงานความรูดานวัฒนธรรมแตยังประสบปญหาการเขาถึงและการใชงาน หนวยงานที่มีหนาที่รับชอบดานวัฒนธรรมพยายามหาวิธีการจัดระบบเพื่อใหผูใชงานสามารถติดตาม เขาถึงและใชงานไดอยางสะดวก รวดเร็วการจัดระบบความรูดานวัฒนธรรมในปจจุบันสวนใหญนิยมใชระบบการจัดระบบความรูสากลทั่วไป เชน ระบบการจดหมวดหมู่ทศนิยมดิวอี้และระบบหอสมุดรัฐสภาอเมริกัน เป็นตน แตเนื่องจากความรูดานวัฒนธรรมมีลักษณะเฉพาะ มีเอกลักษณที่แตกตางกันไปตามทองถิ่น หนวยงานตางๆ ทั้งในระดับนานาชาติ ระดับชาติ และระดับทองถิ่นจึงดําเนินการพัฒนาระบบการจัดระบบความรูดานวัฒนธรรมในรูปแบบระบบการจัดหมวดหมูความรูเฉพาะสาขาวิชา เชน สถาบันสถิติแหงยูเนสโก สํานักงานสถิติแหงชาติแคนาดา สํานักงานสถิติแหงชาติ ออสเตรเลีย และสํานักงานสถิติแหงรัฐควิเบก เปนตนทุกระบบอยูในระหวางการดําเนินการพัฒนาระบบใหมีความสมบูรณและเหมาะสมกับความรูดานวัฒนธรรมประจําทองถิ่น

Abstract
Cultural knowledge is an asset that has value and is important in the
development of the national economy to a sustainable economy based on creative
economy concepts. Agencies have demand for cultural knowledge, but also the
problems of access and use. They have been trying to find a way to organize the
cultural knowledge, so that users can keep track, access and use quickly. The cur
rent,culturalknowledgeorganization systemsuse thegeneral knowledge organization
such as the Dewey Decimal Classification System, and the Library of Congress
Classification System. However, cultural knowledge has specific characteristics
and uniquely different to each areas. Thus agencies in international, national and
local levels that responsible for the organized knowledge are developing cultural
knowledge organization systems that are the special classification system, such as
UNESCO Institute for Statistics, Statistics Canada, Australian Bureau of Statistics,
and Institut de la statistique du Québec.Each organization systems are in the
developed process to complete and proper of the local cultural knowledge.
