Happiness at Work among staff of Tambon Administrative Organizations in PakKret District, Nonthaburi Province

The objectives of this study were 1) to study the level of happiness at work among staff of tambon administrative organizations in Pakkret District, Nonthaburi Province ; 2) to study work environment among staff of tambon administrative organizations in Pakkret District, Nonthaburi Province and 3) to study the relationship between the work environment and the work among staff of tambon administrative organizations in Pakkret District, Nonthaburi Province. The sample population of the study were 106 staff of tambon administrative organizations in Pakkret District, Nonthaburi Province. Data collection tool was a questionnaire. The statistics used for data analysis consisted of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson’s correlation coefficient, at the significance level of .05. The results of the study showed that the staff of tambon administrative organizations in Pakkret District, Nonthaburi Province had a high level of work happiness. The work environment was at a high level. The results of the relationship between the work environment and the work among staff of tambon administrative organizations in Pakkret District, Nonthaburi Province, there was a moderate positive correlation with working happiness, and physical environment was a very low, social environment was a high and psychological environment was a moderate, at the .05 level of significance.
