The Ability in Thai Usage of the Bachelor’s Degree Students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi

Abstract

            The purposes of this study were to study the ability in Thai usage of the  bachelor’s degree students Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi in 4 aspects : the listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The 271 students who studied Thai in the first semester of  2558 academic year were the population  of  this  study  and  the  sample were  the  79 students,  chosen  by sampling. The 4 multiple choice  test  and  the  easy  were  used to collect the data. The data were analyzed  by  using  percent, mean, standard deviation. The results revealed that :

                1.  The ability in Thai usage of the bachelor’s degree students in 4 aspects was  in the moderate level. 

                2.  The 4 ability orders in Thai usage of the bachelor’s degree students from  the excellent level to the lowest level were the reading ability, the listening ability, the  writing ability  and  the  speaking  ability.
