ทักษะการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับชุมชนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งด้านทุนทางสังคมของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชนและสังคม

บทคัดย่อ
บทความนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาทักษะการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับชุมชน เพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งด้านทุนทางสังคม 2) ศึกษาบริบทด้านทุนทางสังคมพื้นที่เทศบาลนครพระนครศรีอยุธยา
และ 3) ศึกษาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างทักษะการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับชุมชนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งด้านทุนทางสังคมของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชนและสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณและเชิงคุณภาพ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 146 คน หาค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบสอบถามได้เท่ากับ .90 กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ ได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 23 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ทักษะการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับชุมชนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งด้านทุนทางสังคมของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชนและสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2) บริบทด้านทุนทางสังคม พบว่า พื้นที่เทศบาลนครพระนครศรีอยุธยามีการพัฒนาทุนด้านสังคมในรูปแบบชุมชนพึ่งตนเอง 3) ผลการศึกษาแนวทางการเสริมสร้างทักษะการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับชุมชนเพื่อเสริมสร้างความเข้มแข็งด้านทุนทางสังคมของนักศึกษาสาขาวิชาการพัฒนาชุมชนและสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏพระนครศรีอยุธยา พบว่า ควรมีนโยบายการจัดการศึกษาด้วยกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมระหว่างนักศึกษากับประชาชนหรือคนในชุมชน ผู้สอนควรเสริมสร้างทักษะการเรียนรู้เชิงบูรณาการกับชุมชนในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิตของคนในชุมชน เสริมสร้างให้นักศึกษาใช้ทักษะการเรียนรู้การสร้างกลุ่มหรือเครือข่ายที่สามารถเชื่อมกับชุมชนอย่างหลากหลาย และควรเสริมสร้างให้นักศึกษาใช้ทักษะการเรียนรู้ความสัมพันธ์กับหน่วยงานและภาคีเครือข่ายของคนในชุมชน
