Factors Affecting the Efficiency of Procurement and Supplies Management of Procurement and Supplies Management Personnel of the Autonomous Universities

Abstract
This Article aimed to study (1) Level of factors internal control of supplies, factors of good governance of supplies that affect the efficiency of procurement, and supplies management of procurement and supplies management personnel of the autonomous university, (2)Factors affecting the efficiency of procurement and supplies management of procurement and supplies management personnel of the autonomous universities.The sample was procurement and supplies management of procurement and supplies management personnel of the autonomous university amount 400 persons. They were selected by Non-probability sampling and Convenience sampling, the instrument for collecting data was questionnaire. Analysis data by descriptive statistics, frequency, mean, standard deviation and simple regression analysis. The research results were found as follows;
- The level of factors of internal control of supplies (overall) at a highest average of 4.31, the level of factors of good governance of supplies (overall) at a high average of 4.20, and the level of efficiency of procurement and supplies management of procurement and supplies management personnel of the autonomous university (overall) at a highest average of 4.27.
- Factors of internal control of supplies (overall), and factors of good governance of supplies (overall) that affect the efficiency of procurement and supplies management of procurement and supplies management personnel of the autonomous university statistically significant (overall) at less than .01 level (Sig. = .000).
The knowledge gained from this research highlights the importance of internal control and transparent governance systems in enhancing efficiency, speed, value, and ethics in procurement, while also supporting personnel development and policies that promote efficient resource use.
