The Skills of Administrators in the 21st Century Affiliated Center for Non-Formal and Informal Education in The Special Development Zone of Southern Boarder Provinces

Abstract
This research aims to 1) Study the level of administrative skills of administrators in the 21st.
2) Compare administrative skills of administrators in the 21st by educational background, work experience, status, work area, and religion. 3) Study approaches to develop administrative skills of executives in the 21st century under the Center for Non-formal Education and Informal Education in Special Development Zones in Southern Border Provinces. This research uses a mixed research method between quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample group is divided into 2 parts. They were 11 school administrators using an interview form and 291 teachers using a questionnaire with a confidence value of .935. The statistics used to analyze the data were the mean scores, standard deviation, T-test, One-way ANOVA, Analysis of variance and content analysis. The results showed that. 1) The level of opinions on management skills of executives in the 21st century under the non-formal and informal education centers in the Special Development Zone in Southern Border Provinces overall and each side were at a high level. 2) Management skills of executives in the 21st century classified by educational background, work experience, status, and work area were not significantly different at the .05 level. Difference was statistically significant at the .05 level. 3) Guidelines for developing management skills of executives. The results of the research found that technology skills and digital use had the lowest average. Executives should consider giving importance to technology and digital use by learning and understanding more. Even if you are not a practitioner, you should still learn the principles of work. And training in the use of information technology should be organized so that teachers have the knowledge and ability to use information technology and apply it in preparing or providing curriculum documents and various forms for use in learning management.
