The Academic Affairs Administration Innovations of Private School in Lopburi Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were (1) to study the theoretical concepts, (2) to develop innovation, and (3) to assess innovation in academic administration of private schools in Lop Buri Province. This research was a multidisciplinary mixed method research. A quantitative method was used to expand the qualitative research results. The population was private school administrators. in Lopburi Province, 38 people were obtained by purposive selection. Research tools include interview forms and opinion questionnaires. The consistency index is in the range of 0.6 – 0.8 which meets the criteria. and the confidence value of the whole opinion questionnaire was 0.927 in the statistics used to analyze the data, namely frequency, percentage, mode, and Non-Parametric Statistic, namely Chi-Square and Kendall Coefficient of Concordance.
The findings of this research are as follows: (1) 19 innovations in academic administration of private schools in Lopburi Province (2) 3 innovations in academic administration of private schools in Lopburi Province were suitable for 5 academic scopes that were Choose from 3 innovations as follows: 1) Management innovation of school administrators by curriculum integration 2) academic administration innovation of school administrators according to Tip Co guidelines 3) management innovation of school administrators (3) Appropriate academic management innovation evaluation of private schools in Lop Buri Province. from the experts There were 3 innovations selected according to the scope of academic work: 1) Private School Administration Innovation 2) Private School Administration Innovation in Lop Buri Province according to Tip Co and 3) Private School Administration Innovation in Lop Buri Province. using school-based (SBM)
