Administration of local Government Organization in Nonthaburi Province

Abstract
The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the current state of administration of local government organization in Nonthaburi province: 2) to study problems and obstacles affecting the administration of local government organization in Nonthaburi province: and 3) to study guidelines for the administration of local government organization in Nonthaburi province. A qualitative research was used by in-depth interview. The key informants consisted of 18 people including chief executive of the SAO, chairman of the SAO council, secretary of the SAO council, chief administrator of the SAO, officers, community leaders and people then described the systematically conclusions, rationally reference theories and proceed to organize the data.
The research results indicate that: 1) the current state of administration of local government organization with a semi-urban society reflects the problem of management under limited resources to respond the needs of people who do not have clear legal authority due to social, economic, political and technological change: 2) rules, regulations, interest groups, the local political environment and people's participation are still issues that persist both directly and indirectly at the level of the administration of local government organization in Nonthaburi province: and 3) guidelines for the administration of local government organization in Nonthaburi province include: 3.1) determining appropriate size for the area; 3.2) budget allocation appropriate size and mission; 3.3) promoting people to participate appropriately in the administration of the SAO; and 3.4) determining guidelines for monitoring, auditing and evaluating performance with empirical results under the policies and strategic plans that have been clearly laid out in accordance with the principles of good governance for sustainability.
