Abstract
This Article aimed to study (1) The level of participation in educational management
of the basic education committees, Chiang Khan PhraPhutthabat school groups. (2) The comparison of participation in educational management of the Board of Basic Education Institutions were classified by the status of the educational institution committee and the school size of the educational institution
(3) The recommendations and guidelines for the development of participation in educational management of the Board of Basic Education Institutions. The sample groups used in the study were: The committee of basic education institutions, Chiang Khan Phra Phutthabat school groups consisting of 75 people. The instrument used in the study was the questionnaire. Using a 5-level estimation scale, the total confidence was 0.85. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics: frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. The t-test was tested.
- Participation in educational management of basic education committees, Chiang Khan Phra Phutthabat school groups, overall was at a high level. The general management was at the highest level.
- Comparison results of participation of basic education committees of Chiang Khan Phra Phutthabat school groups, classified by status, including four aspects, were significantly different
at the .05 level. In-school committees had higher participation than external committees. The size of the educational institutions, including all four aspects, was not significantly different at the .05 level. - Suggestions for guidelines for the development of participation in educational management of the basic education committees of Chiang Khan Phra Phutthabat school groups were: An educational development plan should be planned that is consistent with listening to the committee's commitments. It should also be aligned with educational quality development network groups to enhance practical skills and present practical opinions to improve the quality of educational institutions.
