The Process of Creating Knowledge and Understanding of Using the Online Registration System in Higher Education

Abstract

The National Education Act realized the importance of educational technology, has been determined that those who are involved in the subject of education have developed educational personnel. To have sufficient knowledge and skills to use technology for education and give priority to the Thai people can use the technology to study with the full capacity. Registration system is a part of educational technology which is important for teaching and learning in schools, the user will have teachers’ students and staff. Online registration system can help reduce the time to work, cost saving and resources of the school as well. The use can use high effective. To be noted that there should be a process to create knowledge and understanding of the use of online registration system by the principle of both knowledge create and standing. The process is as follows 1) Survey of basic needs, problems and suggestions from users, 2) Training and mutual understanding 3) Support for self-learning and 4) implementing a continuous basis.
