About the Journal

The Journal of the International Buddhist Studies College (JIBSC) is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to advancing scholarship on Buddhism and its contemporary influence. It publishes original research, scholarly articles, and critical reviews that explore Buddhism's current state and impact.

Focus and Scope:
The Journal of International Buddhist Studies College (JIBSC) is dedicated to advancing and disseminating research in Buddhism, Religious Studies, and related disciplines. We welcome original contributions that explore the application of Buddhist principles across diverse fields, including economics, social administration, environmental studies, education, and other interdisciplinary areas. Our readership includes scholars, researchers, and practitioners in Buddhist Studies, as well as those engaged in integrating Buddhist insights into various academic and professional domains.

Articles submitted to JIBSC may include, but are not limited to, the following areas:

Peer Review Process: The Journal of International Buddhist Studies College (JIBSC) follows a double-blind peer review process to uphold fairness, objectivity, and academic rigor. In this process, both authors’ and reviewers’ identities remain concealed. Each submission is typically evaluated by two qualified reviewers, with a third reviewer involved in exceptional cases, ensuring that all manuscripts receive an impartial and expert assessment in the field of Buddhist studies.
