The Development of a Training Curriculum on Job Development Agreement Writing to Enhance Desirable Characteristics of Government Teachers and Educational Personnel under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Secondary Education Service Area

Abstract

            The research has the following objectives: 1. Develop a job development agreement writing training course 2. Evaluate the effectiveness of a job development agreement writing training course 3. Follow up on the results of using the job development agreement writing training course using Research and Development methods The sample group was civil servants, teachers and educational personnel. Under the Office of Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya Secondary Educational Service Area, 17 students were obtained by systematic random sampling. The sampling interval is calculated from the population size divided by the sample size. And 510 Mathayomsuksa 1 students were selected by multi-stage random sampling, namely school random, grade level random. And random number of students the tools used in the research was 1) a training course on writing agreements for job development 2) an evaluation form for the main effectiveness of the training course. The confidence value was 0.97 and 3) the learning achievement test. The reliability was 0.85. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.

            The result of the research are:

1. The result of the development of the contract writing training course in the development of the job to strengthen the feature. It was found that the training curriculum consisted of 9 elements: 1) principles and reasons, 2) aims, 3) activity descriptions, 4) activity structure, 5) goal of activity management, 6) method of organizing activities. Learning 7) media and learning resources 8) measurement and evaluation of learning outcomes and 9) learning management plans
2. The results of the evaluation of the efficiency of the training curriculum on writing agreements for job development for enhancing desirable characteristics of government teachers and educational personnel showed that the results of the 1st trial of the training curriculum were 3 people with an average score of 85.56. /84.88 higher than the criteria, the second time of 5 people had an average score of 84.44/86.66 higher than the criteria and the third time of 9 people had an average score of 82.23/82.36 higher than the specified criteria.
3. The follow-up results of the use of the agreement writing training curriculum for job development to enhance desirable characteristics of government teachers and educational personnel revealed that students had higher post-learn learning achievement than before. Statistically significant at the .01 level.
