Teamwork according to the Buddhadhamma

Abstract

              Teamwork will make the work that is accomplished or not depends on many factors both the team leader and the team members, everyone in the team must realize and see that everyone in the team is an important part of the team. And have the same goal to make the team successful. And everyone in the team working together happily which must rely on the 5 main principles of Buddhism
Four sublime states of mind , Sappurisadhamma7 , Iddhipada4 , Gharavasa-dhamma4 , And the Sangahavatthu4 principles to be a navigation device that will make everyone work as a team, success, all parties in the team work together happily, comfortably, understand each other, have a good heart forgive and waiting to be encouraged will make the team work out well achieve the goals success and everyone in the team is happy to work in the team.
