POSDCoRB and Good Governance for Startup in Thailand 4.0 era

Abstract

Thailand has started to focus more on Startup. There is more competition in the Startup program in the country which is expected that in the future Thailand will have innovation and successful business organizations. Thailand entered the 4.0 era, which is the era of Innovation and high income. The main economic goals of most countries are economic growth, an increase in per capita income, high income population and the rapid development of the country. The concept that will help develop one interesting Startup is POSDCoRB, which is a theory that has been accepted, in use for a long time and caused many successful business organizations. Appropriate use of POSDCoRB with Startup will be able to generate a lot of profit and success for the business. If there are many successful Startup in Thailand, it would be rapid economic development and truly successful in the 4.0 era. To make the business organization sustainable forever should have to maintain a fair and accurate operation. Applying Good Governance principles to corporate management would build the organization to be recognized, trusted and sustainable.
