Internal Communication Affected the Effectiveness of Personnel Operations in Nakhonratchasima College, Nakhon Ratchasima Province

Abstract

The research objectives were: (1) to study the internal communication of Nakhonratchasima College, (2) to compare the effectiveness of personnel operations of Nakhonratchasima College, and (3) to study the relationship of communication patterns in the organization to the effectiveness of personnel operations in the organization of the personnel Nakhonratchasima College. The population was the 177 faculty members and staff of Nakhonratchasima College, and the sample group was the 123 personnel. The research instrument was the 5-levels estimate rating scale questionnaire. The data analysis statistics were the percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient.

        The research findings were;

1. The communication pattern within the organization found the most use was the formal communication, followed by the downward communication, and the two-way communication, respectively; and the least was the one-way communication.
2. The effectiveness of the operations of personnel in the college, the most common aspect was the unity aspect, followed by the high productivity of the organization aspect, the adaptation of the organization to the flexible environment aspect, and the adjustment of the organization in accordance with social conditions aspect, respectively.
3. The personnel opinion on the communication patterns, classified by the age and personnel type found the opinion did not different; classified by education level and service life in Nakhonratchasima College found the opinions were different at statistical significance level 0.05.
4. The personnel opinion on the effectiveness of the operations of personnel, classified by the age, education level and personnel type found the opinion did not different; classified by service life found the opinions were different at statistical significance level .05.
5. The communication patterns in organization versus the effectiveness of the operations of personnel of Nakhonratchasima College had the high relationship at statistical significance level .05.
