Abstract

This article aims to create understanding for educational personnel and those involved in the academic effectiveness of teachers. The content of this article is divided into 2 parts: Part 1: Concepts on educational administration and personnel development, including administration concepts and academic effectiveness of teachers, Part 2: Causal factors of academic effectiveness of teachers in 3 groups: network factors, organizational factors, and personal factors, linking between academic effectiveness and causal factors can be defined as a conceptual framework for research in studying the development model of academic effectiveness of teachers. The research results will provide new knowledge of educational administration, innovations resulting from research, and guidelines for developing the target groups teachers. The knowledge from this research can be used to determine educational administration policies or conduct further research.
