Analysis of factors affecting the purchase intention of medicinal soap among consumers in Bangkok

Abstract

          The purpose of this study is to explore the factors that affect consumers' intention to buy medicinal soap, and analyze the correlation of the factors that affect consumers' intention to buy medicinal soap in Bangkok as a quantitative study, the sample data of 400 customers of medicinal soap in Bangkok were collected by questionnaire. Analyze the data with basic statistics and test the hypothesis with multiple regression equation analysis. The results show that: (1) Most of the customers are women, aged between 21 and 30, with a college degree, with an average monthly income of less than 10,000 baht, and most of them are employees of private companies with single status. (2) The purchase intention of medicinal soap includes purchase intention and tendency, preference over competitors' brands and increased willingness to pay. The analysis of the purchasing intention of medical soap shows that the overall average of consumers' purchasing intention of medical soap is in a great degree in three aspects. (3) The factors that affect consumers' intention to buy medical soap show that the total average value is to a great extent. To a great extent, the survey results in all aspects are ranked from more to less, that is, product characteristics, followed by social influence. The next step is to deliver the value to the customer, Perceived value of the product, Customer perception and brand image therefore, (4) Hypothetical test results show that the factors influencing consumers' intention to buy medicinal soap are positive, and the influencing factor R2 = is obtained as a whole. 069 (6%) 90) The positive influencing factors of consumers' intention to buy medicinal soap are significant at level 0. 01
