Abstract

          This study aims to analyze the management innovation factors that affect consulting business in Thailand and propose management innovation factors that affect consulting business in Thailand. Through quantitative research methods, questionnaires are a research tool that has undergone quality testing and collects information from management. 220 consulting company employees were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result of this study is that the researchers reviewed the management innovation factors in the literature and classified them into the following main factors: Digital enterprise innovation, business intelligence innovation, and artificial intelligence innovation affecting consulting business in Thailand According to the analysis of management innovation factors, intelligent business innovation and artificial intelligence innovation have had a positive impact on promoting innovation in Thailand's consulting business. Business intelligence innovation factors include competitive advantage, decision-making, and business improvement. The innovation factors of artificial intelligence include the convenience of artificial intelligence and the financial experience of the system. Artificial intelligence and digital enterprise innovation factors have not had a positive impact on driving innovation in Thailand's consulting business. From the multiple regression analysis, the equation was found to be Y = 1.640 - 0.112(TB) + 0.737(TC). The research also proposed an approach for applying innovation processes, which includes Becoming a knowledgeable individual, Establishing a shared vision, Engaging in team-based learning, and Practicing systems thinking. These elements collectively enhance the capability of consulting businesses, leading to optimal effectiveness in their operations.
