The population consists of entrepreneurs in industrial factories in Northern provinces, with a total of 99 people. The sample group includes 80 industrial factory entrepreneurs from Northern provinces The sampling method used is accidental sampling The research tool used is a questionnaire, and the data were analyzed using statistical software. The statistical methods for data analysis include frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA (F-test), and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient.

The results were as follows:1) Most respondents were male, aged between 45-55 years, and had a Master's degree. The attitudes and behaviors of employers influencing the hiring decisions in the industrial sector emphasized behavior factors, including personality during the application process, previous job experience, and leadership qualities, followed by emotional and belief factors, respectively. 2) When analyzing the factors influencing the hiring decisions of entrepreneurs, it was found that economic factors were the most important, followed by financial factors and political factors in that order.3) The attitudes and behaviors of entrepreneurs have a significant influence on employment acceptance in the industrial sector of Northern Thailand. Overall, there is a high correlation between the two, with a correlation coefficient (rxy = 0.646) and statistical significance at the 0.01 level.
