Abstract

The objectives of this research are to opinions are Needs of Stakeholders towards on curriculum bachelor of business administration program in Logistics Management. The research was a mixed method of quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample is stakeholders of 108 people.The instruments used for data collection is questionnaires and in-depth interviews, frequency analysis will be conducted through content analysis

          The research results found that Stakeholders there is an opinion that complex logistics work, graduates in logistics and supply chain are responsible people, think systematically, good planning ability, understand process in supply chain from the Procurement of Raw Materials to the delivery of end Customers. Warehouse and Transportation Management, Inventory Management, Digital logistics and Information Technology, know the laws regarding in domestic and international transportation, Customs and export regulations, understand finances, mathematics, and financial management skills and able to manage logistics at low cost. While able to manage customer relationships. customer needs, business management skills and entrepreneurship to respond to self-own needs and the labor market, have social responsibility.

          in addition, Graduates have the ability to analyze data and solve problems in the logistics process, think of new methods s to improve logistics processes. Analyze the situation and consider he problem to the best solution. Able to adapt and work in rapidly changing situations, lead, long for knowledge, assertiveness, respect, create relationships at work, operate systematically. Use information technology tools and equipment and software related to logistics management correctly. Have communication skills Negotiation skills time management skills.
