Academic Leadership Components of Educational Institution Administrator under Nonthaburi Provincial Administrative Organization

Abstract

           The purposes of this research were: (1) to study academic leadership in the digital era of educational institution administrators under Nonthaburi provincial administrative organization on structural relationship model. (2) to analyze academic leadership in the digital era of educational institution administrators and developed from theory and research input with the empirical evidence and (3) to examine the accordance with the structural relationship model on academic leadership in the digital era of educational institution administrators by using quantitative and qualitative methodologies. Key informant was 10 people. The research instrument was a depth interview. Data were analyzed by content analysis. And in quantitative research population was 68 administrators from 34 schools under Nonthaburi provincial administrative organization. The research instruments were frequency, percentage, standard deviation, Pearson's product-moment correlation coefficient, and Confirmatory factor analysis.

The results were as follows:

  1. the component of academic leadership in the digital era of educational institution administrators found 4 components visioning, technology and innovation development, inspiration, and creating.
  2. This research had 72 indicators and the coefficient of variation was equal to or lower than 20 %.
  1. Linear structural relationship modal of academic leadership in the digital era of educational institution administrator was developed from theory and research output that according to empirical data by CHI square was 34.88, df was l 25, P-value was 0.09, GFI was 0.99, AGFI was 0.97 and RMSEA was 0.03.
