Abstract

          The purposes of this research were to study (1) The level of Factors affecting the operational effectiveness of the medium water resources development division under the Irrigation Department’s water resources development strategy. (2) The effectiveness of the medium water resources development division under the Irrigation Department’s water resources development strategy and 3) Factors affecting the operational effectiveness of the medium water resources development division under the Irrigation Department’s waterresources development strategy. The sample group used in quantitative research was 283 people of the medium water resources development division, while the samples used in qualitative research were. The top executives of of the medium water resources development division were 16 people. The tools used in the study were questionnaire for quantitative research and In-depth interviews data. The data were analyzed by means, standard deviation and multiple regression analysis.

            The results of the research were as follows

          1. Overall factors affecting the operational effectiveness of the Medium Water Resources Development Division under the Irrigation Department’s Water Resources Development Strategy Plan are at a high level.

          2. Overall the effectiveness of the medium water resources development division under the Irrigation Department’s water resources development strategy are at a high level.

          3. Factors affecting the operational effectiveness of the medium water resources development division under the Irrigation Department’s waterresources development strategy can predict the effectiveness of 75.90%
