THE STUDY OF THE RESULTS OF ANALYSIS AND WRITING OF RESEARCH ABSTRACT USING 6 KEY QUESTIONS TECHNIQUE FOR GRADUATE STUDENTS

Abstract

          The purposes of this research were 1) to study the results of research abstract analysis using 6 key questions technique 2) to study the results of research abstract writing using 6 key questions technique and 3) to study the satisfaction of using the analysis and research abstract writing using 6 key questions technique. This is a pre-experimental research, the one-group post-test only design. The target group was a Master of Education Program in Curriculum and Instruction student, who studied as a teacher professional Faculty of Education and Liberal Arts Nakhonratchasima College, academic year 2019, 27 persons. The instruments used were 1) knowledge paper on research abstract  2) practicing form for research abstract analysis using 6 key questions technique  3) examination record on practicing form for research abstract analysis 4) practicing form for research abstract writing using 6 key questions technique 5) examination record on practicing form for research abstract writing 6) a structure interview form 7) a lesson plan on research abstract and 8) a satisfaction questionnaire. The data were analyzed by using statistics, percentage, mean, standard deviation and content analysis.

          The research results were concluded as follows:

          1. The results of the research abstract analysis using 6 key questions technique in overall was 100 percentage of the students, gained 92 percentage of the full score.

          2. The results of the research abstract writing using 6 key questions technique in overall was 100 percentage of the students, gained 87 percentage of the full score.

          3. The students were satisfied with practicing the research abstract analysis and the research abstract writing at the highest level. All 3 research results passed the specified criteria.
