Abstract

The purposes of this research were 1) to investigate levels of perceived organizational justice, and innovative work behaviors among Sakon Nakhon Provincial Administrative Organization Officials and 2) to examine the influence of perceived organizational justice on Sakon Nakhon Provincial Administrative Organization Officials’ innovative work behaviors. A quantitative method was employed for data collection. A questionnaire was administered to 211 employees in Sakon Nakhon Provincial Administrative Organization Officials. Mean, standard deviation, Pearson’s correlation coefficient, and standard regression were used for data analysis. The findings revealed that:   

  1. The findings indicate that the employees of Sakon Nakhon Provincial Administrative Organization Officials has high levels of perceived organizational justice and Innovative work behavior of the organization.
  2. For the examination of the causal factor affecting the innovative working behavior, the result indicate that the perceived justice of the organization has a highly positive influence with the innovative working behavior and could predict the innovative working behavior by 64.70 percent with statistical significance at .000 level. When consider in each facet, the result indicate that the procedural Justice highly positive influence with the innovative working behavior following with distributive Justice middle positive influence and interactional Justice. middle positive influence both the middle positive influence. The contributions and suggestion for future research directions also provided.
